Inspired by our natural appetite for wonder, made apparent by the prominence of conjurers, supernaturalists, faith healers and astrologers within popular culture. My work plays with our faithfulness to reason, combining a curious mix of elegance and humour, depicting bizarre narrative scenes, mythical monsters and an overarching feeling of day-to-day drudgery.
